Perfil
Miranda Renard es una artista textil noruega afincada en Alicante, España. Se especializa en el art quilting, utilizando tejidos naturales cosidos tanto a mano como a máquina. Con formación como sombrerera profesional y modista, fundamenta su obra en una sólida base técnica, al tiempo que mantiene un enfoque intuitivo y exploratorio en la construcción y el diseño. Su práctica se centra en la interacción del color y el movimiento, inspirándose en la observación cotidiana, la naturaleza y el rico lenguaje visual de las artes y la artesanía. Su objetivo es despertar la curiosidad e invitar a la libre interpretación, permitiendo que el espectador viva una experiencia única y personal con la obra.
Miranda es miembro de Studio Art Quilt Associates (SAQA).
